1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, logging into our website, or engaging with our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit an application to Santi & Mekhi.

2. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee a position at Santi & Mekhi. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion without providing detailed feedback. We may also revoke an accepted application if false information was provided.

3. Intellectual Property

Any past work or portfolio pieces you submit remain your intellectual property. However, any assets, scripts, UI designs, or content created specifically for Santi & Mekhi during an assessment or after joining the team will remain the property of Santi & Mekhi unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Code of Conduct

We expect all applicants and team members to maintain professional and respectful behavior. Any form of harassment, toxicity, unauthorized leaking of studio assets, or violation of the official Roblox Terms of Use will result in immediate disqualification and a ban from our community.
